98% of the contributions go to patient care, i.e. only 2% are used for administrative or fundraising purposes.  Board Members and Staff receive no remuneration from TranTien Foundation.  Participants in medical missions/trips (physicians, surgeons, nurses and support staff) contribute to cover 100% of the mission/trip expenses.
